No. A compatible VR headset gives the fullest Wanderhouse experience, allowing viewers to step inside, choose where to stand and move freely through the space. Every preview can also be explored through a web browser on desktop or mobile, and we can recommend suitable headsets where helpful.

You receive access to the Wanderhouse platform, where you choose which preview to share and who can view it.

No. Wanderhouse gives people another way to understand the space throughout their decision.

They might use it before travelling, revisit it after an in-person visit, compare it with another option or share it with someone who could not attend. It complements the in-person experience rather than trying to replace it.

Wanderhouse is most useful where the layout, scale, flow or atmosphere are difficult to understand through photos and video, where people may be exploring from further afield, where a space is used repeatedly to support sales, lettings or bookings, or where a more immersive presentation would add real value.

If someone discovers remotely that the space is clearly not right for them, an unnecessary journey can be avoided. Equally, a space that does not come across fully in photos may become much more appealing once they can explore it properly.

Wanderhouse projects are individually quoted because the amount of capture and production required varies considerably between different spaces.

Pricing depends primarily on the size and complexity of the space, the areas being captured and how the finished experience will be used.

A single residential property, for example, is a very different project from a development with several show homes and shared spaces, or a venue that wants to capture accommodation, event spaces and grounds.

Once we understand what you need, we’ll provide a clear quotation before any work begins.

We start by discussing the space, who the preview is for and what you would like it to achieve. We then agree which areas to capture, the price, timings, hosting and any privacy requirements.

We visit the property or venue, professionally capture the agreed areas and create the immersive preview.

Once it is ready, you receive access to the Wanderhouse platform, where you choose who can view each preview and send them a secure link.

The on-site capture time depends on the size, layout and complexity of the space.

As a guide, a residential property of around 2,000 sq ft usually takes approximately 2-3 hours to capture. Larger homes, venues or projects involving several buildings will take longer. Turn around time could be as quick as 48 hours.

We confirm the expected capture time and delivery date before the project is booked.

The preview captures the space as it appears on the day, so it should be clean, tidy and presented exactly as you would like people to see it.

You choose which rooms and areas are captured, and we provide clear preparation guidance before the visit.
